Shipping policy

KROWNED BY KRAAZZII – SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Krowned By Kraazzii Hair Collection. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

2. SHIPPING COLLECTIONS & DELIVERY TIMES

We offer two collections with different shipping timeframes:

READY-TO-SHIP COLLECTION

  • Processing Time: 24 hours

  • Shipping Time: 1–3 business days

These wigs are in stock and ship quickly.

PRE-ORDER COLLECTION

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days

  • Shipping Time: 7–14 business days

These wigs are custom-prepared and require additional time before shipment.

3. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear

4. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Krowned By Kraazzii is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer

Orders cannot be modified once placed.

5. DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once your order is marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Krowned By Kraazzii is no longer responsible for the package.

We are not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Packages delayed by the shipping carrier

If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

6. SHIPPING DELAYS

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier issues

  • High order volume

  • Holidays

These delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.

7. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION (RECOMMENDED)

For ALL orders, signature confirmation upon delivery will be required.

8. ORDER SEPARATION

If your order contains both:

  • Ready-to-Ship items

  • Pre-Order items

Your order may be shipped separately or together depending on availability.

In some cases, your order will ship once all items are ready.

9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (IF APPLICABLE)

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes

10. POLICY AGREEMENT

By placing an order with Krowned By Kraazzii, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy, including all processing and delivery timeframes.
