At Krowned By Kraazzii, we are committed to providing high-quality wigs and hair products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all purchases are final.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All wigs, bundles, and hair products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once an order has been placed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

You will not request a refund, chargeback, or dispute for delivered orders

You have reviewed product details, descriptions, and processing times before purchasing
2. HYGIENE & SAFETY POLICY
Due to strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs or hair products under any circumstances.
This includes (but is not limited to):

Incorrect color selection

Change of mind

Dissatisfaction with length, density, or style

Improper installation or handling
3. ORDER PROCESSING & CANCELLATIONS

All orders are processed immediately after purchase

Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once placed

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once your order has been shipped, Krowned By Kraazzii is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled
We strongly recommend selecting signature confirmation for high-value orders.
5. LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
Krowned By Kraazzii is not responsible for:

Stolen packages

Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
If tracking shows DELIVERED, you must contact the shipping carrier directly.
6. FRAUD & CHARGEBACK POLICY
We take fraud very seriously.
